Extreme Elite 16u and 18u Midwest (formerly Gold) have rebranded their team name in order to accommodate the strength of our regional level athletes. The talent of Metro-East athletes is the driving force behind the Extreme Elite brand. These flagship teams have been the heart of our Elite program made up of high ceiling athletes and a desire to compete at the collegiate level. The Midwest name will serve regional athletes with top tier training, recruiting support, a drip of national level competition opportunities, and family education around what the next level is all about.

The 2021-2022 Extreme Elite Midwest teams will house many current Gold level internal athletes in addition to new Metro-East talent. Coach Jess Schmittling will head the 16u Midwest for her 5th year as an Elite Head Coach, and Coach Kassidy Smith will lead the 18u Midwest team. These coaches will challenge athletes in competitive softball arenas while pushing them towards their next level goals.

The mission of the Extreme Elite strives for athletes to compete in a championship culture, and the Metro-East athletes that make up the Midwest roster will uphold this mission. The roots of the Extreme Elite program thrive on consistency and buy-in of athletes and families. Extreme BSC is looking forward to the Midwest rebrand and the growth of our Metro-East athletes as they make headway towards their goals.
